Our Procedure for Sending Goods
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
No claim against us will be admissible in the event of a delay in delivery due to the carrier or your non-presence on site on the day of delivery.
Transport Tracking: Your merchandise may be shipped from multiple warehouses. When your order leaves our warehouses, you will receive an email indicating the tracking number(s) of your goods. This tracking number(s) will allow you to go to the website of our shipping partner to find out the delivery date(s) of your order. The carrier cannot guarantee you a delivery time and our company cannot be held responsible in any way for the delay and non-delivery of the goods for any reason that is the responsibility of the carrier.
In the event of your absence at the time of delivery, you will be responsible for the carrier's re-presentation surcharge.
Delivery: Our products and goods always travel under the responsibility of the carrier or the customer in the event of a return. Unless previously agreed, the products will be delivered on the ground floor, at the doorstep, to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process.
Any receipt must be made in the presence of the delivery person and must be systematically checked in its contents before signing the delivery note.
At the time of delivery and in the presence of the carrier:
1) You have 10 minutes to open the parcels and check them in the presence of the delivery person. If one or more items are damaged, contact us on 05 32 62 96 63. If you are unable to reach us, you must refuse the items by indicating on the transport note "Item + name of the item refused because damaged + description of the problem" + take photos and/or video and send them within 24 hours to the address sav@malys-beaute.com. If the parcel shows signs of being opened, please check its contents in front of the delivery person.
2) Check that the number of pallets or packages is in accordance with the number announced on the carrier's delivery note. Normally, the carrier indicates the quantity of pallets or parcels under the references "NB DE UM" or "UM". Detach the manufacturer's delivery note that is glued to the film of one of the pallets. Open it and check that the advertised number of packages is in line with the number of packages on the pallets (count them). In the event of a missing pallet/package: you must note the number of missing parcels or pallets on the delivery note before signing it.
The verification of the condition of your product is considered to have been carried out as soon as the package is accepted.
It will be the buyer's responsibility to pay all return shipping costs for unjustified rejection of goods. In the absence of a justified refusal and a claim within the stipulated period of 24 hours maximum for "breakage, product received not in accordance with the order or damaged receipt" expressly issued and noted on the delivery note by the customer at the time of delivery, the products delivered will be deemed compliant and no further claim can be made to our company. The words "subject to unpacking" or "subject to operation" are not acceptable. No refusal for a reason "change of address" will be accepted and an additional delivery cost will be applied before any redelivery. Before changing your address, you must contact us on 05 32 62 96 60 to find out the terms and conditions.
